Derek Penfold’s extensive career within property has included positions as the Features Editor of Estates Times and later Editor, Deputy Editor of Estates Gazette, Director of financial PR consultancy Streets, Director of PR consultancy CMT, Director of Communications for HOK International (architects) and periods of freelance journalism and PR consultancy. He has also been three times winner of Commercial Property Journalist of the Year, a councilor for the London Borough of Greenwich and is a fellow of the Land Institute. |
