Neil Richmond BSC FRICS ACIArb, aged 42, is Head of the Licensed & Leisure Department at Colliers CRE, an AIM Listed firm of international property consultants. His department was awarded ‘Best Leisure Consultancy Team of the Year’ at the Property Week/Leisure Property Forum Retail & Leisure Awards in 2005. A well known figure in the leisure property sector, Neil is on the RICS panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts for leisure related disputes as well as being a member of the Entertainment & Leisure Forum and Business in Sport and Leisure organisations.
Neil joined Land Aid in 1999 after participating in the Land Aid Mount Kenya Trek (on which he met his now wife Una!) and became the Land Aid chairman in 2001.
