Sherin is an Associate and Senior Planner at HOK International in London. She has wide experience in urban design and masterplanning and has played a key role in a number of urban regeneration schemes across the world including countries such as UK, Holland, Germany, UAE and China. Previously, she was a policy advisor to two of the candidates for Mayor of London and the former Department of Transport and Local Regions (now ODPM). Sherin also contributes to the architectural press, is an editorial board member of Urban Design Quarterly, a member of the RIBA research committee, on the ODPM’s Design Coding Advisory Panel and is a co-author of, “The Value of Urban Design” for CABE. |
