The Association of Property Lenders (APL) is a membership organisation which promotes the interests of property lenders. The organisation also fosters a better understanding of property finance within the banking and property sectors, provides a recognised body as a forum for discussions between lenders and other property industry institutions, keeps its members up to date with events in the market and provides relevant networking opportunities.
The APL is a long-standing supporter of LandAid.
At its annual fundraising dinner, the APL raises funds for LandAid and its other chosen charities. In November 2014 this amount was a fantastic £8,000. Each year a number of APL members come together to support the LandAid calendar of events. In 2012, 12 APL members took part in the Property Peak Challenge in aid of LandAid, raising £4,377 – the highest amount raised by any of the participating teams.
