Native Land is a privately owned, specialist residential development company operating in the prime central London market. It is behind some of London’s most exciting apartment buildings, including NEO Bankside, a world class development beside Tate Modern on the south bank of the Thames.
Native Land became a LandAid partner in 2013.
Native Land is committed to delivering positive environmental, social and economic impacts; in partnership with the supply chain, authorities and community members. The company’s development lead to the delivery of mixed tenure affordable housing within the local communities in which it invests. In the London Borough of Southwark the company has committed funding to the Bankside Urban Forest and are principal supporters of the Bankside Business Improvement District (BID).
Native Land’s buildings incorporate best practice features in sustainability including green roofs, rainwater collection and ground sourced heating and cooling systems. As a new Foundation Partner to LandAid, Native Land is already putting together a team of runners for this year’s Summer Run, and identifying opportunities for colleagues to see, at first hand, the work that LandAid does.
