Rob Bould is Chief Executive of GVA and has been with the practice since 1976. He has a detailed understanding of the commercial property investment market and a wide range of experience, including advising institutional and property company investors on the acquisition and disposal of investment property, development consultancy, limited partnerships and disposing of public sector assets.

As a member of the Investment Committee of the Palmer GVA Fund, he has extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy from the client perspective. He is also an active member of the GVA Worldwide Investment practice group and has wide-ranging experience in working with overseas investors from Ireland, Germany, the USA and the Middle East.

Rob is Past Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, a member of the RICS Commercial Property Market Forum, and is Master of the Chartered Surveyors Livery Company.

His hobbies are shooting and skiing and he is actively involved in the property industry’s charity, LandAid, of which he is a Trustee.
