The LandAid 5KM Fun Run has been going since 1986! Take part this year and help the property industry charity celebrate its 25th birthday by raising £40,000 to help homeless young people living in the North East of England.

Entry costs £25.00 and includes food, bottled water and a commemorative t-shirt. There will be a licensed bar, entertainment and prize giving too! The deadline for entries is Monday 6 June.

We want you to get in the spirit of the decade by running in 1980s fancy dress. Think leg warmers, shell suits and headbands! There is a magnum of champagne for the best outfit.

The minimum amount of sponsorship that each runner must raise is £30.00 which should be paid by Friday 15 July 2011.

Where the money goes...

Your sponsorship will help us raise £40,000 for a new ‘Foundations for Life Centre’ that will form part of a new cutting edge Centrepoint residential service for homeless young people between the ages of 16 and 21 in Sunderland one of the most deprived areas of the UK.

Young people will have access to a purpose built IT suite, resource centre and a dedicated Learning Worker who will help them achieve their aspirations and break the cycle of deprivation.
