LandAid's Party Near The Park the grand finale!! Held at Old Billingsgate in the City of London this is your last chance to experience the property entertainment event like no other! Big names from the industry will be battling it out in a 'stars in their eyes' style singing competition. This year’s acts will be performing your favourite celebration songs to mark 10 years of Party Near the Park.

It all takes place at the historic Old Billingsgate Market in the heart of the City which looks out over the River Thames.

Party Near The Park has been running since 2001 and is one of the most popular events in the property industry calendar. Held annually at Old Billingsgate last year's event attracted 900 guests from 59 companies who include developers, agents, real estate investors and lawyers. The evening includes a drinks reception, three course dinner and disco after the show. Party Near The Park receives publicity in the property press through Gig Sponsors Property Week.
