Nick Leslau is a property veteran and an original thinker. He built Burford into one of the most dynamic property companies of the 1990s, and is now at the helm of Prestbury and the quoted Max Property Group - the assets of which encompass large industrial holdings, pubs and more recently the iconic St Katharine Docks in London for which the company has major regeneration plans.

Heron Tower | 300 runners | 37 floors | 888 steps
The CBRE Property Peak Challenge is an exclusive race up 888 steps to the 37th floor of the iconic Heron Tower (the tallest tower in the City of London) in aid of LandAid and the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors.
Aimed at those working in the commercial property industry; places are strictly limited to 300 runners who are invited to run (or walk up) the glass staircase to the prize giving reception taking place on the 37th floor. From here runners will be able to enjoy the spectacular views with a glass of bubbly, nibbles and networking with fellow contemporaries.
Funds raised by the event will support two leading property industry charities in their work with disadvantaged young people.
Location: City of London, London
Registration Fee: £25 per individual and £150 per team (between four and six members)
Sponsorship Level: A minimum of £250 must be raised by each runner
