Revcap staff and friends are walking the 50km Thames Towpath from Putney to Runnymede. This is the third year that they have entered this fantastic event.
Thanks to the generous support of staff, clients and friends, they’ve raised £100,000 for charities over the last 2 years. This year they plan to up the ante and assemble a team of over 100 walkers to raise £100,000 for LandAid and Elifar. So far, they’ve organised a team of 70 walkers but are still actively recruiting and would welcome more walkers.
The Thames Towpath is a beautifully scenic route and previous walkers have got a lot out of the challenge (in addition to the odd blister!) The event is expertly organised by Action Challenge with regular, well-stocked stops offering snacks and drinks and a hot lunch at the half way mark.
After a well-deserved glass of Champagne at the 50km finish in Runnymede, transport has been arranged to take the team to Auriol Kensington Rowing Club in Hammersmith for a party with a BBQ and lots of drinks!
All entry costs are being met by Revcap and so everyone’s fundraising will be going directly to LandAid and Elifar. In order to reach their ambitious target, each walker is kindly asked to raise £500. If you cannot take part but would like to show your support, please visit The Property Walk fundraising page.
