Do you part fund projects?

We are happy to accept applications where we part fund projects with other funders as well as being the sole funder. Please see our supported projects for more information on past projects.

Do you accept applications from uniformed youth organisations?

Yes we do as long as they have their own charity number.

How much should we apply for?

We accept applications between £5,000 and £25,000 please see our supported projects for the levels of support we have given in the past.

Does LandAid have a policy about how many times an organisation can apply for funding?

Organisations can only apply for one funding stream in each round but can apply in every round.

How long does LandAid fund for?

We only fund for 1 year, if a training programme is ongoing we will only cover 12 months worth of costs.

Does the capital fund cover computers?

This fund is for building renovation, refurbishment or new builds. If as part of, for example, a refurbishment of an IT suite then computers could be accepted as an item of equipment necessary but this fund will not only fund a computer/s or server.

Can an organisation that already has a grant from LandAid apply for another grant for the same purpose once the grant ends?

Yes you can though it is recommended that you re read the funding guidelines and criteria to make sure you are still currently eligible

Does the organisation have to solely work with 16-25 year olds?

We would prefer that any organisation the LandAid supports does, though applications to the capital fund where a building that the whole community is able to use is acceptable.

Our current set of accounts are not yet audited shall we send these?

We ask for the last set of audited accounts these may not be the current years accounts if they have not been signed off yet.
