Association of Property Bankers - LandAid – The property industry charity

The Association of Property Bankers were founded in 1991 and now have over 350 members representing over 80 lending organisations.

On a day to day basis, the APB is managed by a Board of annually elected members, chaired by a President and aims to:

•    promote the interests of property bankers
•    foster a better understanding of property finance within the banking and property sectors
•    provide a recognised body as a forum for discussions between lenders and other property industry institutions
•    keep our members up to date with events in the market
•    provide relevant networking opportunities
