An enthusiastic group of more than 20 volunteers from real estate investment managers PRUPIM, one of LandAid’s new Foundation Partner companies, spent a day decorating a young people’s hostel run by Centrepoint.
The volunteers from PRUPIM's Fund and Investment Management team decided they wanted to do something charitable for their team building away day. LandAid was more than happy to help them out and put them to work at Centrepoint’s hostel Bruce House in Covent Garden. They worked hard and completely transformed three young people’s bedrooms and living areas.

 James Orpin Property Week's Digital & Global Manager will be leaving the office (only for a few days!) next May to cycle to Paris raising money for LandAid.
James has been at Property Week for over five years and in that time has taken part in two LandAid Fun Runs. But the 5km around Battersea Park might not be enough preparation for the 500km he’ll be cycling all the way to the Eifel Tower!

 The great and the good from within the property industry are gathering together tonight to celebrate the launch of our Foundation Partner Scheme – designed to support our work in helping the young and disadvantaged to rebuild their lives and improve the physical environment.
While in its infancy, the scheme has already attracted 25 leading property companies including industry heavyweights Land Securities, Grosvenor, Helical Bar and GVA Grimley.
Members of the partnership will commit financial support, expert advice and training and education to the scheme which is expected to grow significantly as it gains widespread support across the industry.

 LandAid supporters joined young residents at Centrepoint Camberwell on Tuesday to mark the opening of its new Foundations for Life Centre.
This is one of five centres, established with an initial investment of more than £1million from LandAid, which will provide learning facilities, advice and support to homeless young people.
