Thank you to everyone who took part and supported the annual LandAid Fun Run, sponsored by GVA Grimley yesterday evening (24 June).
As usual the Fun Run was a great success and we had over 400 enthusiastic members of the property industry taking part in the 5K around Battersea Park in the glorious sunshine. Even the Queen decided to show her support by cheering our runners over the line! That is Queen Boudicca and her ICENI tribe. New water brand, ICENI kindly sponsored the water and kept everybody refreshed and hydrated.

LandAid received £3,000 from Nick Leslau’s property company, Prestbury Investment Holdings this week.
A cheque was presented by Mark Russell of Prestbury to Jon Siddall, Chief Executive of LandAid.
Prestbury, which invests and manages a substantial investment property portfolio, launched a new 41,000 sq ft office building at 6 St Andrew Street in March. During the inaugural event the firm asked all attendees to make donations to the charitable cause.
Mark Russell of Prestbury Investment Holdings comments: “Following the huge success of the launch of 6 St Andrews Street, it gives us great pleasure to present this donation to such a worthy cause in LandAid. While we as a company have performed well, it gives us an almost greater sense of achievement to know we’re also investing in the wider industry.”
Jon Siddall, Chief Executive of LandAid comments: “We’re delighted to have received this generous donation from Prestbury. During these challenging times there remains an even greater need for sustained investment in young underprivileged people, and the source of this donation is testament to how sufficient funds can be raised.”
