Sir Terry Wogan has been announced as the special guest at LandAid's Party Near The Park - The Spectacular Finale on Thursday 9 June at Old Billingsgate, London, EC3.

The 'Stars in Their Eyes' style property event where big hitters from the industry get up on stage to sing and dance has raised over £800,000 for LandAid and Unicorn Children's Theatre since its inception ten years ago.

This year's theme is 'Celebration' to mark Party Near The Park's 10th year and LandAid's 25th Anniversary as the property industry charity. Performers on the night include Mike Slade, LandAid President, who will be performing Alice Cooper's Poison, Nick Leslau and Mike Brown from Prestbury performing the Beatles' Twist & Shout and Liz Peace from the British Property Federation performing Aretha Franklin's Sisters Are Doin'It for Themselves with The Property Girls from Property Week.

Alistair Elliott, Knight Frank's head of commercial is compere for the night with help from his inexperienced assistant Sir Terry Wogan!
