Party near the Park is the commercial property industry's very own 'Stars in Their Eyes' competition held at Old Billingsgate in aid of the property industry charity, LandAid. The evening attracted over 900 guests from 65 different companies who helped raise in excess of £50,000. The money will go towards projects that help the young and disadvantaged achieve their potential. Liz Peace from the BPF and her Weather Girls from Property Week came a very close second with their performance of 'It's Raining Men'. Other highlights of the evening included Nick Leslau from Prestbury singing 'Play that Funky Music', the London Communications Agency singing 'Don't Stop Believin' and Tony Giddings from Argent who was 'Out of Time'.
