Last night's annual Summer Ball in Berkeley square was a great success! Over three hundred property professionals turned out in style for a sumptuous Midsummer Night's Dream inspired affair.
Guests arrived to the dulcet tones of harp and flute duet Aurora who filled the champagne reception with beautiful music. Fortunes were told by a mystical tarot card reader to those who were brave enough!
Guests moved on to their tables which were decorated with magical trees, toadstools and even fairies! New LandAid Chairman Robin Broadhurst introduced himself with a short speech and thanked guests for their support.
Dinner didn't disappoint with a char grilled Angus Rib Eyed steak for the carnivorous and a very popular white chocolate parfait with raspberry desert that went down extremely well.
Stingfever ‘the worlds first genetically modified string quartet’ wowed the audience during desert with their unique sound and talent. They were followed by the hugely entertaining twelve piece Hot and Horny who got the dance floor moving, playing everyone’s favourite numbers. The dancing continued in to the night.
Thank you to all the table hosts and guests with a special thank you to the sponsors.
