The Property Race Day is fast approaching!

Hundreds of property professionals will descend upon Ascot Racecourse in July in aid of LandAid, SOS Children’s Villages, Hope and Homes & Plan International

The fifth annual Property Race Day will take place on Friday 8th July 2011 and will see over 700 thoroughbreds from the property industry descend on Ascot for a day of racing and networking, all for charity.

The 2011 charity beneficiaries include Landaid, SOS Children’s Villages, Hope and Homes and Plan International. The Property Race Day has to date raised over £375,000 for children’s charities around the world.

The day hosted by Mike Slade, President of the Property Race Day will again be held at Ascot following the sell out success of 2010. Sporting Index will host the property train, chartered exclusively for guests from Waterloo direct to Ascot. On arrival racegoers will be welcomed by a steel band and plenty of chilled champagne served on The Pavilion Lawn, followed by a 3 course lunch with specially selected wines. The race card includes six races sponsored by Helical Bar, ICAP, Bourne Capital, James Taylor Construction, Close Property Finance and Delancey. In addition to the racing there will be a first class auction with money can’t buy prizes including the chance to bid for an exclusive apartment onboard the world’s largest private yacht The World. Post racing guests will be invited to relax and enjoy the live band and bar on the pavilion lawn to wrap up the afternoon.
