Young people from Fairbridge at NabbaroLandAid helps young people get work ready
As part of its commitment to provide training opportunities, LandAid teamed up with youth charity Fairbridge to give a group of young people a taste of working in the property industry for a day as part of their Employ Me course
.

LandAid Foundation Partners Allsop and Nabarro were more than happy to show the young people around.

Victoria Lloyd-Jones, Marketing Manager for Allsop said: “We took them to a property auction. Concerns about accidentally buying a property by sudden movement quickly disappeared and the group relaxed, asked lots of questions and speculated on what prices properties would sell for. Not all of them wanted to go into property but all of them were keen to work and we wish them the best of luck in finding their dream job.”

Louisa Dixon from Nabarro explains: “We wanted to host an Employ Me day at Nabarro to show the young people that there are many different routes into a career at a law firm. Everyone involved in the day was keen to give their time for the privilege of meeting these fantastic young people and seeing first-hand the amazing work that Fairbridge does.”
