Project: New training kitchen where homeless people can cook nutritious meals

Keyhouse are a local charity providing housing, advice and training in and around Bradford. A new training kitchen for healthy eating project ‘Grow, Cook, Eat’ where homeless people living in supported accommodation will learn how to prepare and cook healthy meals using produce they have grown themselves. Currently the majority of residents (who include care leavers and the victims of domestic violence) cannot afford to buy fresh food and rely on ready meals.
