Project: Conversion of a church into a new community centre

The Gate is a homeless charity based in Alloa, Scotland. A grant from LandAid will help them to convert a church into a new community centre with a cafe, training kitchen, showers laundry, counselling room, project work space and an office. The centre will provide a safe welcoming environment that is open to all, particularly the vulnerable, marginalised and homeless where they will receive support and be able to take part in a range of activities, training and work experience.
