Tuesday, June 4, 2019 - 16:00 Regent's Park London Individual entry £35

The LandAid 10K, sponsored by Evans Randall Investors, is back at Regent's Park

The LandAid 10K is the biggest property 10K, and on 4 June hundreds of runners will take part to raise money to end youth homelessness in the UK.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just beginning your couch to 5K journey, we’ve got a way for you to do your bit to end youth homelessness.

This year we have two races:

A 10K race where the property industry once again gets their racing shoes on and gets competitive
A 5K fun run for those of you who are just beginning your running journey

So whether you are aiming for a personal best or taking in the sights and sounds of Regent's Park – the LandAid 10K has something for you this year.

Sponsorship opportunities

There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available.  Please download our sponsorship pack here to have a look at them, and contact if you are interested or would like further information.

Thank you to our headline sponsor Evans Randall Investors.

Volunteer at the LandAid 10K!

We are looking for volunteers to help with registration, cheering stations, directing runners, marshalling, and congratulating runners at the end with medals and goody bags. For those of you who are not already donning your running shoes for the race, this is a great opportunity to get involved with the 10K and meet other property professionals. All volunteers will be given a t-shirt and a volunteer pack.

We are asking for people to help out from 2.30-8.30pm (we wouldn't need everyone to stay this late but any time you can give would be hugely appreciated!) Please sign up by following this link and make sure to tell any friends who may be interested, too:

Course description

The race course follows a scenic route around two laps of Regent's Park (just one for those of you taking on the 5K race).  The race starts and finishes on a stretch next to the LandAid Event Village. The course is multi-terrain but fairly flat; you will run on grass, trail and concrete paths. There will also be stewards along the course to help guide you and to keep the general public off the course.  There are some sharp turns on the course, although fewer than last year, so please follow the signage throughout!  Whilst the course involves no road crossings, Regent's Park is a public space so you will need to look out for members of the public!

Measuring the course

Innovation Sports, our event management company, have extensive experience in measuring and finalising routes for 10K runs.  The route has been measured using both a metric wheel and GPS and has been calculated based on the fastest line taken on the course.  Please note distances according to personal GPS apps on phones may vary depending on the line taken during the race.

Guidance on footwear

Please ensure you are wearing suitable footwear, which should be running trainers which support your feet correctly and have adequate grip, especially if the ground is wet.
