Nathan is Group Board Director of Urban Splash, and has been with the company since 2002.
He has been responsible for the delivery of some of Urban Splash’s iconic regeneration schemes at Fort Dunlop, Rotunda both in Birmingham and its ‘upside down’ houses in Salford.
Whilst still retaining responsibility for high profile developments at the Royal William Yard in Plymouth, and New Islington, Manchester his role now also includes overseeing the groups 1.3m sq ft Investment portfolio. He also leads on many of the group’s disposals and acquisitions of both land and Investment property.
In 2021 Nathan led the team that acquired two large regeneration sites at Port Loop in Birmingham and Campbell Park in Milton Keynes, which collectively will deliver over 2,500 homes.
Nathan is also a non-Executive Director of Sale FC, a community focused rugby club.
Mark Beardwood has over 30 years' experience in the real estate sector. He has a varied practice and advises in relation to all types of real estate matters, including single and multi-asset investment acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, public sector partnerships, commercial and residential development.
Development work includes major town centre regeneration schemes, sports stadia, arenas, hotels, capital development for the education sector and significant residential schemes. Clients include pension funds and investment managers, property developers, housebuilders, local authorities and related agencies, universities, further education colleges and major corporates.
Chris joined Chancerygate in 2017 as a Development Manager, bringing with him a diverse range of experience and comprehensive knowledge of the North’s industrial markets.
Prior to joining Chancerygate, Chris had been a partner at Cushman & Wakefield, heading up their North West Industrial Agency Team having been involved in some of the region’s most high profile industrial transactions of recent note.
At Chancerygate Chris works with the North West Team, focusing on site acquisition, appraisal and delivery of new developments across the North of England.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys following and playing football, mountain biking, travel and going to see live music.
Carly joined Muse Developments in 2017 as brand and marketing manager and has 15 years’ experience in the property industry.
At Muse, Carly leads on all aspects of corporate brand and marketing across the business for Muse and their two joint venture partnerships, The English Cities Fund and Waterside Places. Carly also supports Muse’s development management teams on new business, as well as providing brand and marketing support on Muse’s mixed-use regeneration projects nationally which range between £70m - 2.5bn.
Christian has been at Leach Rhodes Walker since 1991 and has played a major role in developing the business into its market leading position today.
He is a director and owner of the business. He was responsible for setting up the Romanian Office. He is based in the Manchester office but regularly travels to London to manage new projects coming out of our London office as well.
Christian is a designer and strategist. His forte is design work, and dealing with the planning application and design side. Whilst he has worked across many sectors, his specialism is in designing large scale retail, large scale residential, leisure and offices, and bringing all those strands together on mixed use schemes.
Peter leads the Manchester real estate team at Addleshaw Goddard and has a wealth of experience across various sectors. He is a focused and committed advisor, transacts large complex deals and has a proven track record of working collaboratively with clients' internal and external teams to originate new processes and protocols to streamline and improve working practices.
Peter advises investors, developers, financiers, corporate occupiers and public bodies. He has expertise in all real estate markets and their derivatives at every stage of the economic/political cycle. He understands market trends and keeps close to policy issues.
David is a Director at Hollis and heads up their Manchester and Liverpool offices. He joined as a graduate in 2006.
David has over 15 years’ experience in core building surveying areas across a wide array of commercial properties. As a technical due diligence specialist he has led teams on numerous high profile acquisitions and disposals with transactional values in excess of £300 million.
Outside of work, David is interested in fitness, travel, golf, and is a keen football fan.
James is a Director at Paragon Building Consultancy, joining them after heading up Colliers’ Manchester and Leeds building consultancy. He co-opened the Paragon Manchester office in 2015, growing the team to 20 in under three years. James has been providing project consultancy and commercial building surveying advice to clients for over 20 years.
James is married with three teenage children. When he’s not spending time with them, he can be found playing golf or cycling.

Dominic is a Director of the National Offices Team in Manchester, with 25 years of experience in the Real Estate profession, focused on the North West region. Dominic offers a depth and breadth of commercial experience to investors, developers, landlords and occupiers with particular regard to offices and complex mixed use schemes.
Stuart Rogers is a Director at Faithful+Gould, responsible for the Manchester Office.
He leads Faithful+Gould’s UK Commercial Property Sector and Manchester strategy. He is passionate about the North West property sector, in which he was born and raised, and currently lives with his wife and child.
