Lynda joined Town Centre Securities in November 2018 from Manchester Airports Group (‘MAG’) where she served as the Divisional Chief Executive Officer, Property.
Lynda has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategy to both operate and leverage value from large, diverse non-core portfolios with experience that ranges from the operational environments of telephone exchanges, to large central London and national office estates, hotels, logistics and warehousing at Airports, and retail, land and farming at the Co-operative Group.
She has previously managed large Corporate Estates for BT, the Co-operative Group, and Manchester Airports Group and also ran the Real Estate Banking Divisions at Lloyds Banking Group and the £9bn Real Estate Fund Management Business at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership.
Simon is a Construction Director at the Far East Consortium UK’s Manchester office. He joined them in June 2018 after spending four years as a Project Director for John Sik and Son Ltd. Previous to this he was a Senior Project Manager at Barratt Homes London.
Mark Beardwood has over 30 years' experience in the real estate sector. He has a varied practice and advises in relation to all types of real estate matters, including single and multi-asset investment acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, public sector partnerships, commercial and residential development.
Development work includes major town centre regeneration schemes, sports stadia, arenas, hotels, capital development for the education sector and significant residential schemes. Clients include pension funds and investment managers, property developers, housebuilders, local authorities and related agencies, universities, further education colleges and major corporates.
Chris joined Chancerygate in 2017 as a Development Manager, bringing with him a diverse range of experience and comprehensive knowledge of the North’s industrial markets.
Prior to joining Chancerygate, Chris had been a partner at Cushman & Wakefield, heading up their North West Industrial Agency Team having been involved in some of the region’s most high profile industrial transactions of recent note.
At Chancerygate Chris works with the North West Team, focusing on site acquisition, appraisal and delivery of new developments across the North of England.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys following and playing football, mountain biking, travel and going to see live music.
Christian has been at Leach Rhodes Walker since 1991 and has played a major role in developing the business into its market leading position today.
He is a director and owner of the business. He was responsible for setting up the Romanian Office. He is based in the Manchester office but regularly travels to London to manage new projects coming out of our London office as well.
Christian is a designer and strategist. His forte is design work, and dealing with the planning application and design side. Whilst he has worked across many sectors, his specialism is in designing large scale retail, large scale residential, leisure and offices, and bringing all those strands together on mixed use schemes.
Nick works as a Project Manager for Muse Developments. He joined them in 2016 after spending sixteen years as a Project Director for Buro Four, where his work focused on retail, schools and higher education.
Mike is a Director at Colliers. He has 28 years of experience in real estate, with a particular emphasis on the North West and Manchester City Centre.
At Colliers he offers a depth and breadth of commercial experience to Investors, Developers, Landlords and Occupiers with particular regard to complex mixed use scheme with a focus on procurement of Planning, Development, Letting and Disposal of City Centre office schemes.
Peter leads the Manchester real estate team at Addleshaw Goddard and has a wealth of experience across various sectors. He is a focused and committed advisor, transacts large complex deals and has a proven track record of working collaboratively with clients' internal and external teams to originate new processes and protocols to streamline and improve working practices.
Peter advises investors, developers, financiers, corporate occupiers and public bodies. He has expertise in all real estate markets and their derivatives at every stage of the economic/political cycle. He understands market trends and keeps close to policy issues.
David is a partner at Malcolm Hollis who heads up their Manchester office. He joined as a graduate in 2006.
David has over 15 years’ experience in core building surveying areas across a wide array of commercial properties. As a technical due diligence specialist he has lead teams on numerous high profile acquisitions and disposals with transactional values in excess of £300 million.
Outside of work, David is interested in fitness, travel, golf, and is a keen football fan.
John McHugh is a Creative & Place Director for CBRE in Manchester. He joined CBRE in January this year after four years spent as MAG Property’s Head of Strategic and Commercial Marketing.
John has more than a decade’s worth of experience in the delivery of strategic and commercial marketing.
James is a Director at Paragon Building Consultancy, joining them after heading up Colliers’ Manchester and Leeds building consultancy. He co-opened the Paragon Manchester office in 2015, growing the team to 20 in under three years. James has been providing project consultancy and commercial building surveying advice to clients for over 20 years.
James is married with three teenage children. When he’s not spending time with them, he can be found playing golf or cycling.

David is a Programme Director of courts, Tribunals and Regional Tier for the HM Courts & Tribunals Service in Manchester. He leads implementation of the future hearing centres which form a key part of the HM Courts and Tribunals Service £1bn Reform Programme.
