    Paul Morrish

    Chief Executive

    Paul joined LandAid in 2015 having worked in a wide range of charities and not for profit organisations over a 25 year period. He works with our Board of Trustees to ensure LandAid has a clear strategy and is equipped to deliver that strategy. He leads a small leadership team, who in turn lead our larger - but still small - and outstanding team. He brings a passionate determination to do everything we can to end youth homelessness across the UK, a commitment to making LandAid a great partner to work with, and a great employer to work for. He is always impressed by the best that the property industry can achieve, and sees huge potential in its companies and staff working together to achieve social change.

  • Alice Lamb

    Director of Fundraising & Partnerships

    Alice joined LandAid in November 2017 and leads our Corporate Partnership and Events teams. Alice brings a wealth of CSR knowledge and leadership to LandAid, leading on and developing our successful Foundation Partner and Ambassador programmes. In her time here she has led the team to great success, bringing on new partners, introducing transactional giving and ensuring the Events team continues to improve their impact and fundraising.

    She joined us from Coram, the children’s charity where she was Head of Corporate Partnerships for five years and led the team to success. During that time, she tripled the corporate income, developing creative CSR projects to maximise impact for vulnerable children. In addition to this, she managed the partnership with Club Peloton, helping to raise £1million from the property sector through combining cycling and networking.

  • Caroline Fraser

    Caroline Fraser

    Head of Grants and Projects

    Caroline is an architect and has experience of managing grant programmes and providing technical support to clients commissioning capital projects and community engagement. She has worked with the Glass-House Community Led Design, Whitehill Bordon Eco-town, the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE), van Heyningen & Haward Architects in London and Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Italy.

  • Marisa McDermott

    Marisa McDermott

    Head of Finance

    Marisa joined LandAid in February 2018 as Head of Finance. She works with the Finance and Audit Committee to ensure that LandAid’s finance processes remain robust, efficient and transparent. Every quarter, it is Marisa who enables our Grants Team to award life-changing Grants to our charity partners. She guides the rest of the LandAid team to ensure that our income is coded correctly, and finance processes are followed. Marisa is a member of LandAid’s Leadership Team and manages our Finance Assistant.

    Before working for LandAid, Marisa was Finance Manager for Muscular Dystrophy UK for seven years.

    Becca Saunders

    Senior Events and Fundraising Manager

    Becca leads the Events Team here at LandAid, project managing all LandAid’s flagship events and the many events put on by our fabulous partners across the year. She has over five years’ experience delivering events and brings to LandAid a meticulous attention to detail and a pragmatic planned approach to project management. She is always on the lookout for a new challenge and LandAid has seen our events calendar grow significantly in both size and income under her leadership.
    She joined the team at the beginning of September 2016 from The Prince’s Trust, and has experience working in charities both large and small.

  • Emily Hamilton

    Communications and Marketing Manager

    Emily leads the Comms & Marketing Team at LandAid, and provides direction and expertise on our relationship with the press, brand safeguarding, and ensuring we talk passionately and accurately about youth homelessness in all of our messaging and comms. She also offers insight and creativity to marketing and the recruitment of participants to our many events. Emily brings a huge amount of passion and knowledge to the role and has over five years’ experience working in housing and homelessness. She is always looking at ways to improve our supporter journey and bringing our supporters closer to our cause to ensure that we have the greatest impact in raising funds to support projects working with vulnerable young people.
    She joined the team in April 2017 from The Connection at St Martin’s, one of the leading homelessness charities in the UK, where she was the PR and Marketing Lead. Before this she worked at the national drug and alcohol charity Phoenix Futures.

  • Tom Ah-Thew

    Corporate Partnerships Manager

    Tom joined the LandAid team in January 2017. He is part of the Corporate Partnership team and works closely with LandAid’s Foundation Partners and London based Ambassadors. This year, Tom is also supporting the RICS Pledge150 campaign that aims to provide 150 bed spaces throughout the UK.

  • Marné Beukes

    Grants and Projects Manager

    Marné manages LandAid’s professional property advice programme alongside her work on grants and social impact projects. LandAid’s property advice programme saved charities over £250,000 in professional fees last year, enabling them to spend their resources on helping those who need it most. Marné puts her own corporate project and consultancy experience to good use by working with charities to identify which professional skills they require. She is particularly interested in social impact, social finance, and monitoring and evaluation.

    Emma Cobbold

    Events and Fundraising Officer

    Emma is directly responsible for the LandAid Midlands 10K and a variety of LandAid’s Challenge Events throughout the year. She also supports partner companies who organise large fundraising events on LandAid’s behalf including the Carter Jonas Yorkshire Pedalthon, Proptoberfest and Construction Rocks. Emma also employs her passion for health and wellbeing to lead on LandAid’s Wellbeing Strategy internally.

    Communications and Marketing Officer

    James joined LandAid in June 2016 to help raise LandAid's profile and build supporter engagement. Prior to joining LandAid, James worked in communications and marketing for different education charities such as Young Enterprise and 21 Trust, as well as the website Simple Politics.

  • Fiona MacGregor

    Fiona MacGregor

    Grants and Projects Officer

    Fiona joined LandAid in January 2017. Fiona looks after all of LandAid’s active Grants and those within their five year monitoring period and manages the day to day relationship with supported charities.

    Prior to LandAid, she worked for Shelter Scotland as a successful Trust Fundraiser. Fiona holds a degree in French and Communication Studies and has also worked as a translator for several large international companies.

  • Stephanie Still

    Events and Fundraising Assistant

    Stephanie holds together the LandAid Office by providing administrative, financial and logistical support to the whole team. In the Events team, she provides support for all events, processing registrations and payments and ensuring that they have everything they need to deliver LandAid’s flagship events. Stephanie also supports Paul, our Chief Executive, by providing PA support.

    Prior to her role at LandAid, she was an intern at Renewable World where she worked closely with the fundraising team to help raise funds for a number of campaigns.

  • Yuthica Singh

    Finance Assistant

    Yuthica joined the LandAid team in June 2018 as Finance Assistant to provide support for the Finance team. She is currently studying Finance at Durham University.

    She has always been an active volunteer and has taken part in events for various charities, such as Cancer Research. More recently, she participated in a 24 hour row at University for the Teesside Hospice.
