Grants Programmes Manager

We are looking for an accomplished and experienced programmes manager, with the skills and abilities to lead on the implementation of our new grant programmes. You’ll be responsible for successfully managing intelligent and effective grant-making systems, ensuring collaboration and integration with pro bono and other LandAid programmes.

This is an exciting and challenging period for us. In 2021, we launched our ambition to provide 1,000 bedspaces for young people facing homelessness by 2024, and to be brokering £1m worth of pro bono services from our network of corporate supporters. We are half-way through the cycle and approximately half-way towards hitting our targets. To ensure we deliver on our KPI’s whilst achieving the most impact, we have recently launched a new range of grant programmes. A new LandAid Employability Programme is also being developed to complement our housing-focused investment.

We are also launching a social investment vehicle to augment our capacity to provide bedspaces for UK youth homelessness charities. All the while, we are developing wider, and deeper relationships with corporate partners, and finding ways to better integrate our grants and pro-bono programmes.

You will be joining a fantastic and welcoming Programmes & Impact team and work closely alongside colleagues from across the charity, as well our Grants & Impact Committee.
