Head of Fundraising

We are looking to recruit an innovative Head of Fundraising to join our creative and high performing team. This is a hugely exciting time to join the team, following our best fundraising year ever – we are now in the final year of our 3-year strategy.

The Head of Fundraising will work closely with the wider Leadership Team and Board of Trustees to shape and launch LandAid’s new strategy – building on the success of the current cycle.

This is a pivotal role, overseeing responsibility for the entire LandAid fundraising function – including our portfolio of bespoke events, regional fundraising and our corporate partnerships network. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in fundraising in the charity sector and be capable of leading LandAid’s fundraising talented and high-performing fundraising team to reach targets to achieve real impact.

It’s important that all employees embody LandAid’s values and have a demonstrable track record in building effective commercial relationships with external stakeholders.

LandAid’s impact is wholly dependent on the reach and value of our fundraising, presenting the opportunity for the successful candidate to be an integral part of the organisation’s success. By growing our income, you will deliver a significant contribution to our goal to deliver 1000 new homes for young people who are homeless by 2024.
