Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon

Seasoned marathon pro? Or has a marathon been on the bucket list for some time? Take the plunge on the 11 May 2025 and run an epic route for LandAid round the city of Leeds in a race started to raise awareness of Motor Neurone Disease.

When former Leeds Rhinos player Rob Burrow was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in December 2019, he and his family didn’t give up. Instead, they have been campaigning tirelessly to raise awareness and funds to support other families living with MND, and the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon was born.

This is an event that truly is for everyone, so whether you are an experienced runner or have never thought about running an event before, we welcome all abilities to join us for this very special event.

Funds you raise will support life-changing projects for 16-24 year olds across the UK who have nowhere else to turn.

Our events team will support you every step of the way with bespoke stewardship and support, to help you feel ready to take on the ultimate test of endurance.

The deadline for registering 4 April 2025, but as this is an extremely popular event we recommend you sign up early to avoid disappointment!
