LandAid Day 2014
23 October 2014
The UK property turned out in creative, energetic force to rise to the Mission Possible challenge on LandAid Day 2013 to raise funds for LandAid to support young people in the country experiencing disadvantage.
At least 119 offices from 48 companies across the country were involved in a spectacular day of baking, cycling, rowing, sleuthing, donut munching, roulette spinning, pasta making, ping ponging, sponge throwing and spy catcher treasure hunting fun.
Speaking at the end of the day at Construction Rocks 2013, LandAid Chief Executive Joanna Averley said:
"LandAid Day has been absolutely brilliant. It was great going round town seeing some of the activities and hearing what has been going on in other parts of the country. There's a real driving energy behind wanting to get involved and having fun whilst doing it. Thank you so much to everyone."
Take a look at all the incredible activity that happened on the day over on our blog.
With over 3,000 LandAid supporters involved across the country and £140,000 raised for our charitable projects, LandAid Day 2013 was a roaring success. Thanks to everyone who contributed to LandAid Day 2013. It was an incredible occasion and the property industry did itself proud.
