1625 Independent People
1625 Independent People have more than 30 years of experience as the lead provider of housing and support services for young homeless people in the...
LandAid invests over £2 million every year in projects working to end youth homelessness.
But we don’t just write a cheque and walk away. Instead, LandAid works alongside its projects for a number of years, providing strategic advice, bringing in property expertise, and in many cases funding them on more than one occasion.
We award funds to outstanding small-medium sized charities in communities across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.
Our grant-making strategy is focussed on providing safe, secure and affordable accommodation for young people across the UK who are experiencing homelessness. We award grants in two strands: new buildings and renovation properties.

Open Data Initiative
LandAid has joined the 360Giving Initiative, which encourages UK grant makers to publish their data openly online. We hope that this information will inform our fellow grant makers and those looking for funding, and that it will improve grant making in general.
Using the 360Giving data standard, our awarded grants since 2013 are available as an Excel workbook here.
We update this data every twelve months at the end of each financial year (ending March).
