Saint Edmunds Society – COVID-19 Emergency Fund

£10,000

Location

Norwich, UK

The pandemic had a disastrous effect on Saint Edmunds. Unfortunately, the centre closed at the beginning of lockdown. Saint Edmunds did not envisage being able to open before September as many of its referrals came from schools.

LandAid’s £10,000 grant was used to purchase PPE for all staff and young people. No-one knew what the world would look like once the pandemic is over, however Saint Edmunds wanted to ensure it can remain open to be able to provide a much needed service to young people.
