SEGRO was the first organisation to sign up for LandAid’s Sponsor a Home campaign, raising more than £40,000 to help convert a property with Habitat for Humanity in Barking. SEGRO also donated £120,000 to extend another project, Phoenix House, with Slough YMCA. SEGRO also gave a joint grant with LandAid of £120,000 to extend St Basils’ Gillott Road Centre so that more young people can embark upon life skills programmes.

SEGRO is actively involved in LandAid’s events across the year – the company had 22 runners in last year’s LandAid 10K and seven participants in the first ever SleepOut for LandAid House, raising £6,807.90 between them to end youth homelessness.

The company’s employees are also heavily involved in helping us in our mission – SEGRO has six members of the LandAid Ambassador programme and Andy Gulliford, COO, sits on both the Fundraising Committee & LandAid Board.

SEGRO’s CEO, David Sleath, was also part of the 4CEOs4Steptober Steptober team, which was the highest fundraising team in the event, raising more than £45,000.

SEGRO is a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), and a leading owner, asset manager and developer of modern warehousing and light industrial property. Find out more here.
