About the Organisation
Solutions 4 Living (S4L) aims to provide swift and efficient solutions for homelessness in London and beyond. Our mission is to provide temporary housing and support for individuals in need, utilizing state-of-the-art modular units and 24/7 dedicated care and support staff to provide safe and comfortable housing for those experiencing homelessness. Additionally, S4L works to help individuals find employment, education, and training opportunities to rebuild their lives and achieve independence and the tools they need to improve their lives and break the cycle of homelessness. This can lead to long-term positive changes in their lives and help them become self-sufficient and independent.
This is an integral part of our multifaceted approach to addressing homelessness, which also includes providing long-term, sustainable housing options and support services, such as counselling, case management, and life skills training, to empower homeless individuals to take control of their own lives and achieve lasting self-sufficiency. Our first program, an 8 module development in Harrow, London, is supported by a team of dedicated partners who provide structure and support to the management team, and offer job opportunities to program beneficiaries through partnerships with local employers.
We have previously gained support and employment/ training opportunities at the HS2 site, with 6 of our clients working on their sites. We have built a really good board of advisors been talking with various LA’s, given green light to submit a planning application.

S4L currently have a shortfall of £150,000 to take their project (of 8 units) forward and recently had a meeting with the Greater London Authority to take this forward. Built in the factory and assembled on site, these modules have a life span of 60 years, are just under external 32SqM, and 24SqM GIA, and come fully furnished and ready to move in.
Solutions for Living CIC would welcome support to produce a cash flow forecast in order to develop a business case to present to different organisations for funding and corporate sponsorship. They would like to ensure the numbers make sense from a commercial perspective and understand funding models, costs, and proof of concept.
