£40,000 from LandAid, Redevco and Pledge150 will help fund the renovation of four properties in Hastings and St Leonards, East Sussex. This will improve communal areas for 31 existing bed spaces and create two new bed spaces for young people aged 16-25 who are care leavers or homeless.
As well as creating more accommodation, the refurbishment work will provide the residents with new IT and learning suites, a family play area, an outdoor space for health and wellbeing activities, improved communal areas and laundry and living facilities.
This project will be funded by Redevco and Pledge150.
