Changes to our processes with our charity partners in response to the COVID-19 outbreak

In order to ensure that our charity partners are as supported as possible through this difficult time, we’re making the following adjustments for our grant recipients over the coming months:

We will be flexible with any grants we have currently given and the reporting requirements that accompany these.

For example:

    • We are encouraging charities to have an open dialogue with us and keep us up to date of any changes

    • Needs will be changing throughout this period, and we’re going to be flexible, adapting how we work to help and respond to the current climate and critical local needs.

We’re going to be flexible with regards to reporting. Grant recipients can record any changes to their project and we can reconcile it all later.

We urge our charity partners to know that we are here, and to get in touch if they have any questions at all by email: grants@landaid.org.

The LandAid Team

Following the latest government guidance, LandAid’s office is now shut and all staff are working from home and equipped to do so. Our plan is to continue to deliver our services to applicants, grant holders and communities across the UK as normally as we can.

We are however in uncharted territory and things will occur that we hadn’t expected and we will get things wrong. Please bear with us if we do, let us know, and we will be as helpful as possible as the situation unfolds.
