What will we be cooking?
- Hazelnut & herb crusted cod OR Hazelnut & herb crusted hispi cabbage
- Smoked butter sauce
- This is a riff on a very classic sauce – beurre blanc – which is commonplace in restaurants, but less likely to be made regularly at home. We will provide all the component parts of the dish, making it easy to prepare at home.
