In March 2023, Richard took part in the annual LandAid SleepOut. Richard, alongside over 1,300 other property professionals slept outside in the cold for one night to raise funds for youth homelessness projects across the UK. This event saw him become LandAid’s highest ever individual fundraiser, raising almost £19,000.

More recently, Richard has also become part of the LandAid Patrons Network – a collection of senior property leaders and LandAid alumni who are collectively using their knowledge and influence in the property and built environment industry to help support LandAid’s mission to end youth homelessness.

I am a huge advocate of LandAid and its work towards ending youth homelessness. It is a privilege and also a responsibility to be joining the Board of LandAid Trustees. I look forward to contributing wherever I can and utilising the extensive Savills network of great people to support wherever appropriate.
