Community Campus 87 has over 30 years’ experience of working with young homeless people. Helping to provide a roof over their heads and promoting progression toward independent living. The Tees Valley has some of the most deprived communities in the country. The Capital grant from LandAid will support the organisation’s model of bringing two empty properties that they have acquired back into use. In order to both accommodate more homeless young people in good quality accommodation, but at the same time, the renovation process will also provide personal development opportunities for those not in work.

Community Campus 87 is the leading third sector organisation dealing with homelessness and training across the Tees Valley. They provide affordable housing, as well as emotional and practical support to over 200 people a week.
