The impact
Once the properties are fully modernised and furnished, they will provide eight young people with a home of their own, a place where they can begin to make a positive change in their lives.
Prospective tenants will be able to volunteer on the building site and gain on-the-job training in joinery, plastering and decoration. This will give them valuable skills and confidence while undertaking accredited training to prepare them for the future.
