The proposal is an innovative plan to create 6 new modular homes on a car park at Salford Foyer.

The units would be a large 1-bed property each, with ample room for a baby or young child (37m2 per unit) Each resident will also engage with an assigned support worker to develop their support plan. This involves, identifying areas for development, including health and wellbeing, education and training, community involvement, or other requirements. Young people will live in the properties for up to 2-years before moving into independent living.
