Robes Project – COVID-19 Emergency Fund

The Robes Project is a charitable incorporated organisation which offers a helping hand out of homelessness and isolation for rough sleepers in Lambeth and Southwark.

Social value

£10,000

Location

London, UK

The COVID-19 outbreak and social distancing measures left the Robes Project with no choice but to help resettle all guests out of its Winter Shelter, and to close the shelters early. The impact of the COVID-19 in the next coming months meant that it saw a surge in guests who have already been with the Robes Project previously.

LandAid’s £10,000 grant covered the cost of food vouchers, laundry and phone top-ups for their guests.
