Cost of the project

£17,200

Location

Edinburgh, UK

Rock Trust’s young people had been hit hard by COVID-19. More than half of their residents have a mental health or physical condition, and are not in work, education or training. Two of the young people they support had been made redundant due to lockdown.

Phase 1

LandAid’s £10,000 grant covered the costs of emergency provisions, health and well-being resources and emergency financial support.

Phase 2

This £7,200 phase two grant allowed Rock Trust to replace a shower facility at its Hub with a new changing area for young people, and to install a second shower in the Hub for young people.
