The Amber Foundation

The Amber Foundation helps homeless, unemployed young people move on to positive, independent futures. They provide young people with accommodation, training and support, and give them new life experiences to help them develop independent living skills.

Cost of the project

£72,257

Location

Dorking, UK

Our £72,257 grant will help Amber renovate a Georgian manor house to improve facilities for thirty 18-30 year olds who have been homeless.

The semi-rural location gives the young people a beautiful and calm location to help and inspire them to rebuild their lives. They will receive a structured daily programme of support and training to help them learn vital like cooking, budgeting and DIY.
