Paul joined LandAid in 2015 having worked in a wide range of charities and not for profit organisations over a 25 year period. He works with our Board of Trustees to ensure LandAid has a clear strategy and is equipped to deliver that strategy. He leads a small leadership team, who in turn lead our larger – but still small – and outstanding team. He brings a passionate determination to do everything we can to end youth homelessness across the UK, a commitment to making LandAid a great partner to work with, and a great employer to work for. He is always impressed by the best that the property industry can achieve, and sees huge potential in its companies and staff working together to achieve social change.

Alice brings a wealth of CSR & ESG knowledge and leadership to LandAid, and has used this to develop our Partnerships programme and raise our income significantly. Alice works closely with Paul and our Board to ensure that LandAid Partnerships and Events strategy is robust and forward thinking. She has a track record of building long-term, mutually beneficial, strategic relationships with our partners and works closely with our partners to align their CSR strategies to LandAid’s mission.
She joined us from Coram, the children’s charity where she was Head of Corporate Partnerships for five years and led the team to success. During that time, she tripled the corporate income, developing creative CSR projects to maximise impact for vulnerable children. In addition to this, she managed the partnership with Club Peloton, helping to raise £1million from the property sector through combining cycling and networking.

Michael manages LandAid’s corporate partnerships and fundraising function, strengthening and maximising engagement from LandAid’s fantastic network of property industry partners. Michael arrived having secured and managed high value corporate partnerships for Coram, the children’s charity, including a partnership with Coutts, which delivered over £325,000 of income in its first year.
At Coram, Michael was a passionate advocate of their homeless outreach work, which solved the urgent housing needs of care leavers, and is hugely excited about helping LandAid, and its network of partners to end youth homelessness in the UK. Michael was born and raised in Manchester, and will also be co-ordinating the LandAid Northwest Board to build the charity’s presence in the region.

Tim leads the Communications & Engagement team at LandAid, working collaboratively across the charity to ensure that our supporters are engaged and inspired by the work we fund and the efforts of our charity partners to bring an end to youth homelessness.
Tim is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience leading and managing communications teams, strategies and multi-channel campaigns across charitable and educational settings. Prior to joining LandAid, Tim worked for several not-for-profit organisations including Cancer Research UK, where he delivered creative face-to-face and digital content to connect supporters to the life-saving projects they helped to fund.
Tim is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), a member of the CIPR Podcast Editorial Board, a school Governor and the Communications Officer for his local fell running club.

Katie works within our Partnerships team and leads LandAid’s National Development Programme. By working closely with our Regional Boards and partners, Katie’s focus is to develop and grow LandAid’s impact across the UK. LandAid’s Regional Boards play an important role in championing our mission on a local level, providing support to life-changing charity projects to help end youth homelessness.
Before joining LandAid, Katie worked in the Corporate Partnerships team for three years at the National Autistic Society. She was the corporate lead for Autism Hour, a national campaign to create more autism-friendly retail spaces in the UK. She also worked with a range of companies by raising awareness, vital funds and creating a society that works for autistic people.

Heather is our Grant Programmes Manager, working within our Programmes and Impact team. She is responsible for managing our Routes out of Homelessness grant programmes which funds projects for young people (16-25) experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Heather works closely with our charity partners across the UK to ensure that the money raised, and projects funded, create a direct impact and lasting social change.
Heather has a strong background in EDI and brings to LandAid a values-led and inclusive approach, along with a range of programme and partnership experience in the Charity and Higher Education Sectors. She has direct experience working within the homelessness sector, is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and is also a Trustee for Devon Youth Services – DYS Space.

Lauren is our Senior Communications & Engagement Manager. She works cross functionally with teams to provide direction and support for our communications channels, striving to ensure that our partners and supporters are highly engaged in the work that we do and understand the part they can play alongside LandAid in ending youth homelessness.
Before joining LandAid Lauren worked in the Brand and Marketing team for over three years at the British Red Cross.
With a background in increasing brand awareness, Lauren is excited to continuedly help strengthen LandAid’s voice within the property and construction industry.

Gareth manages our Pro Bono Programme, brokering free property expertise for charities and non-profits working with disadvantaged young people, families, and communities – including those experiencing homelessness. His role involves matching skilled property professionals from our amazing network of partner companies, with organisations in need of advice on their building projects to help them create greater social value and make a meaningful difference.
As a fundraising and engagement professional with previous roles across private industry and in higher education, Gareth has a history of successful relationship building, partnership development, and establishing mutually beneficial networks with senior individuals and corporate organisations. He brings his passion for social change to LandAid, together with considerable experience of originating and delivering projects and programmes that support vulnerable and underprivileged communities.

Will is responsible for stewarding and growing LandAid’s unparalleled network of partners from across the property industry. He ensures our corporate partners can maximise their impact by investing funding, expertise, and support to end youth homelessness in the UK and create lasting social change.
Prior to joining LandAid, Will worked in the affordable housing sector with multiple Habitat for Humanity affiliates in the United States. There, he built relationships with diverse networks of stakeholders to support resident-led community revitalisation and provide avenues for meaningful engagement through fundraising, advocacy, and volunteerism.

Daisy is responsible for stewarding and growing LandAid’s unparalleled network of partners from across the property industry.
She works with our corporate partners on establishing their charitable goals and supports them with providing inspiring opportunities to donate funding, expertise, and support, to end youth homelessness in the UK and create lasting social change.
Prior to joining LandAid, Daisy worked as a Corporate Partnerships Manager in two well-known health charities for 6 years. Here, she witnessed the power of corporate giving and the life-changing initiatives that generous donations can fund.
In 2020, Daisy conceptualised and led the first Women’s Giving Circle for Ovarian Cancer Action, and firmly believes in the power of women supporting women.

Jeni is the Events & Fundraising Officer, working on LandAid’s inhouse events including the LandAid SleepOut and LandAid 10K.
Before joining LandAid, Jeni worked for several charities in volunteer recruitment and fundraising, including Place2Be, Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, and Mencap Liverpool & Sefton. Most recently Jeni was Head of Fundraising at Phoenix Foundation, a charity and residence for men experiencing homelessness in Liverpool. She is now looking forward to helping to make the LandAid SleepOut 2022 the biggest and best one yet!

Abi is our Events & Digital Fundraising Officer, leading and project managing several of our physical and virtual events while also supporting our corporate partners to run their own fundraising events. Abi works closely with our Corporate and Communication teams to progress our digital fundraising strategy, utilise our digital channels and create a seamless user journey for our supporters.
Prior to LandAid, Abi worked at Shelter in the Philanthropy team and brings her passion for the sector to help us tackle youth homelessness.



Sam Hassan

Sam is the Grants Programme Officer and is the first point of contact for our charity partners and plays a key role in the implementation of our grant programmes, towards our goal of creating 1,000 bedspaces for young people by 2024. Sam is also responsible for scrutinising applications, providing regular updates on the progress of grant funded building projects, and write up stories of how LandAid’s support is making a difference.
Prior to joining Landaid, Sam was an Advocate Lead at the Hackney Night Shelter for 4 ½ years, supporting adults move out of homelessness as well as setting up one of the first female only year-round shelters in London.

Michelle is part of LandAid’s Communications & Engagement Team and works multifunctionally across the charity supporting on digital communications.
With a background in planning and urban design, Michelle worked as a consultant with the built environment industry, before realising her ability to combine her technical expertise with her passion for creative communications. Prior to joining LandAid, she was a Business Development & Marketing Executive at Forsters LLP, supporting the wider Commercial Real Estate team.
Michelle cares greatly about wellbeing, sustainability and ESG and is particularly interested in the role the built environment can play in supporting these.
Experienced in strategy and campaign delivery, and with a keen eye for visuals and creative, she is thrilled to support on enhancing LandAid’s brand and growing its reach across the wider property industry.

Rebecca supports both our Grants and Pro Bono Programme along with requests for support from the Chief Executive. Her role is to closely monitor, provide administrative support too and celebrate impact, along with encouraging and maintaining new and existing relationships.
Prior to joining LandAid, Rebecca worked in the Public Sector for over 18 years including the Social Housing sector, Environment and Charitable organisations, with the most recent role being Partnership and Employer Engagement Manager for for the Big Life Group, the largest social enterprise in the Northwest which includes Anxiety UK as part of its services.

Sam joined LandAid in 2022, to work with foundation partners and manage our newly launched Patron’s Programme and Tech Networks. In her role, Sam facilitates engagement between key influential leaders in the property and real estate world, enabling LandAid to achieve its mission and make a difference to youth homelessness.
Sam has experience in managing engagement networks, having launched an Alumnae Network at an Independent Girls School in Surrey, and then caretaking the Alumni Association at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. Prior to joining LandAid, Sam worked in the Major Gifts Fundraising Team at Compassion in World Farming, where she was instrumental in reinvigorating and growing their Circle of Compassion network.
As mum to three teenagers, Sam feels passionately that all young people have the right to a safe home – as her own children have had. She is committed to using the skills and experience picked up in her early career working in hospitality and events, to achieving this goal.

Shelbie joined LandAid in 2023 to support on our National Development Programme.
She hopes to strengthen and grow LandAid’s regional impact across the UK, working with the Regional Boards and Ambassadors to champion our mission on a local level and support life-changing charity projects to help end youth homelessness.
After graduating with an MA in Gender and International Development, Shelbie worked across the public, private and non-profit sectors, most notably at the University of Cambridge, on sustainability focused programmes and events, worldwide.
She is particularly interested in equality, diversity and inclusion, and how intersectionality informs social and environmental impacts.
Shelbie is passionate about creating a better world for people and the planet, and is dedicated to putting this into action at LandAid.



Ronan Harris

Ronan works across the organisation to support the evidence-led culture at LandAid. By ensuring all teams have robust data gathering processes, by monitoring and analysing this data, and by working with external partners to share research, Ronan helps us to understand and improve the impact we make as a grant maker and broker of pro bono, and provides valuable insight that informs our fundraising and communications practice.
Prior to working as Insight & Evaluation Officer, Ronan worked within the Events team at LandAid, having previously completed an MA in Philosophy at University of Manchester, with research interests in moral and political philosophy.

Erin joined LandAid in July 2023 to support with our ever-growing calendar of events.
A love for bringing communities together, and starting conversations about important issues, led Erin into the world of events and she was inspired to work for LandAid due to her passion for working with young people and their right to a safe space.

Kt is our Programme and Impact Assistant, working within the Programmes and Impact team. She is responsible for supporting both LandAid’s Grants Team and the Pro-Bono Programme.
Kt has over a decade of employment in the charity sector, aiming to champion those more vulnerable, and advocating for those with less of a voice in society. This has included working with young people and adults of all demographics and additional needs.
She has had direct experience of working with youth homelessness, through her work for Nightstop Devon, as well as working for other causes, such as the YMCA Downslink Group, The Grace Eyre Foundation and Worthing Mencap.
Kt also runs a voluntary inclusive gardening and wellbeing group called The Green Fingers Project, matching those with a lifelong disability with infant aged children, to come together weekly to garden.
