LandAid has hit the ground running in 2017. For the first time, we will be holding two LandAid 10Ks in the same year.

Alongside our flagship LandAid 10K in London, we will be holding our first ever LandAid Midlands 10K.

The LandAid 10K sponsored by Evans Randall Investors will return to Clapham Common on Thursday 8th June. Now in its 21st year, the LandAid 10K is property’s biggest 10km run. Last year, 800 professionals from across the industry took part to raise money for youth homelessness.

This year, we are calling on 1,000 property runners to challenge colleagues, push for a personal best or make their debut in the LandAid 10K. Together, we are aiming to raise £100,000 to provide safe, warm homes for vulnerable young people across the UK.

The LandAid Midlands 10K sponsored by St. Modwen Properties will take place in Birmingham in September.

Tickets for the LandAid 10K are now on sale. Book your place today.

Leah De Silva, Deputy CEO and Head of Fundraising & Partnerships says: ‘For the past 21 years, we’ve been impressed at how many people across the property industry have laced up their trainers and got running for a great cause! From the hardcore competitors to the enthusiastic beginners, we want to see as many people as possible take part in this year’s race to end youth homelessness. Every kilometre you run and every pound you raise will help us give more young people a place to call home.’

Kent Gardner, Chief Executive of Evans Randall Investors says:Evans Randall Investors have enjoyed being involved in this excellent event for many years now. It’s the perfect chance for some friendly rivalry between many of the firms we work with, and unbelievably the weather has always been great which allows for a bit of socialising afterwards!

“We’re delighted to be the headline sponsor this year and we look forward to working with LandAid to make this a real success to assist in the vital work they undertake. We’ll be reaching out to many of our friends across the industry to ask for your support, so please look out for a friendly challenge from one of the Evans Randall Investor teams!’
