The charity currently rent a 440sqm property within the Forest of Dean with a rental figure of £26,5000 a year (plus VAT) and are happy with their current landlord who has also agreed to install a new heating system for them.

They have already received terms of the contract from the landlord but would appreciate legal support to draw up a lease for the rental property from which to run all their activities. This will help provide continuity for the charity and a familiar space for service users.
